Senior Litigation Counsel

(PA, NY, CT, or remote in the Northeast)

The Fairness Center is seeking senior litigation counsel with at least seven years of experience with federal litigation to represent the firm’s clients in complex, cutting-edge labor litigation. Senior litigation counsel direct case strategy and the work of the firm’s litigators in a collaborative and flexible office environment, serving clients in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut who have had their constitutional and statutory rights violated by public-sector union officials.
