Litigation Support Specialist
(Harrisburg, PA)
Based in the Fairness Center’s Harrisburg, PA office, the Litigation Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, maintains case databases, organizes files, and provides administrative support to the firm’s litigation team. Candidates should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Litigation Associate
(PA, NY, NJ, FL, CA, CT, CO, DC; hybrid/remote)
The Fairness Center is looking for a litigation associate with zero to three years of litigation experience to work with the firm’s litigation team representing clients in complex, cutting-edge labor litigation in federal and state courts and before labor boards. Litigation associates work in a collaborative and flexible office environment with the firm’s senior litigators to serve our clients, who are defending their constitutional rights, facing union retaliation, fighting unfair representation, or demanding accountability for corruption by union officials.
