About Logan M. Hetherington

Logan M. Hetherington serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at the Fairness Center, where he provides counsel and representation to clients across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Fairness Center, Logan worked at McNees Wallace & Nurick in Harrisburg. He has litigated a wide array of civil matters including complex commercial disputes, civil rights actions, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury claims.

Logan graduated magna cum laude from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. There, he served as research editor of the Dickinson Law Review, was a class representative in the Federalist Society, a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, and earned several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. During his time in law school, Logan also served as a legal extern for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and a legal intern for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Logan hails from central Pennsylvania and received his undergraduate degree in history from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time with his family and at the local dirt racing tracks.
